Happy Fear Monster Friday everyone!
Often, fear monsters tend to think we're not allowed to give ourselves a compliment. They get confused. They don't realize that there's a difference between confidence and arrogance.
When you're confident, you know you're awesome. When you're arrogant, you think you're the only one who is.
So, is there a compliment that you can give yourself today? What does your fear monster think about that?
